Just a quick note to say thanks for the stay at 'The Beach' in Chelsea. The apartment is beautiful, in a quiet lane and yet has superb access to buses, shopping and local stores! Also having a pub down the road really helped one indulge when one wanted. The home was beautiful, well kept, clean, totally equipped with everything one could need and fabulous. Appreciate your going out of the way to get us spare keys, internet access and even the cleaning service organized twice in a week. Mostly, I appreciate all the help - from picking my parents and having me picked up from the airport! It was like having family in London and I can't think of a more wonderful place to stay! I would totally recommend to anyone who's travelling with family to London to stay in your apartments.

Only a few lines to thank you for all your help. The apartment was perfect and we had a wonderfull week in London. Then transfer coming back wasn't necessary because we had a wonderful connection with Victoria station with a bus.

I don't usually make a habit of doing these things, but I just had to thank you again for making my recent trip to London so effortless. In particular, thank you so much for coming to meet me at the station with all my luggage and taking me round to the apartment. Great service !
Not only was the apartment superbly located, but the attention to detail was excellent. I have stayed in a number of serviced apartments when on business in London, and they have often left a lot to be desired. However, the cleanliness and general high standard of Brompton House was exceptional. It was also incredibly well equipped, and I couldn't believe my luck to even find egg cups !
My only regret is that I didn't discover you sooner.
Anyway, looking forward to seeing you again in November when I am there for the climate change conference.

I rented the apartment for friends coming from Paris for a week. Michael was very accommodating and even offered to show us the apartment on a Sunday morning before deciding to take it - something that I did not expect for a holiday rental. The apartment is very well situated 5 mins walk from West Brompton tube station with a handy little shop opposite the apartment open until late. The apartment had been totally renovated, everything brand new and tastefully decorated. Owners have an office on the ground floor and are available all day to help with any queries. They were really approachable and made the stay feel more like a home from home. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and will certainly be using them again.
