Invoices will be provided in the event claims need to be made from travel insurance. We advise all guests to ensure adequate travel insurance is in place to cover costs of cancelled travel and accommodation.

Non-smoking policy

It is against UK law to smoke in all enclosed and substantially enclosed public places and workplaces. This legislation included all Brompton House apartments and common parts within the buildings. Failure to comply with UK smoking laws will render guests or smokers liable for prosecution as they will be committing a criminal offence. Should a guest choose to ignore this smoking policy Brompton House may cancel the reservation and ask the guest to leave the property without notice or refund.

Cleaning charges

The cost of basic cleaning charges together with supply of towels and linens is included in our charges. However, in the event the apartment is left in an unacceptable condition at check out we reserve the right to make additional charges. Very short stays at peak times may result in additional cleaning charges.
