Chelsea Creek
The location of this apartment was the primary reason for rental. It is within a ten minute walk to an underground tube and overground rail station. Large supermarkets also within a 10 to 15 min walk from the apartment. A cafe is located two minutes walk away and a great pub 5 mins in the other direction. With the apartment being in a gated community it also gives you a feeling of being safe. You can hear traffic (you are in London) but nothing that keeps you awake at night. Quiet neighbours are always a bonus too. The living area boasts large windows and overlooks a park which is a lovely addition to the apartment. Kitchen is a good size and adequately equipped. Good sized bathroom and bedroom. the bedroom has ample closet space for clothes and storage of suitcases. We would definitely rent this apartment again and have no trouble in recommending it. A weekly cleaning service is also available.

Brompton House was excellent for my extended stay in London. Self-catering, complete with a microwave, stovetop, oven, dishes, cooking equipment, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, washer/dryer and even a dishwasher, made it very easy to pick up breakfast items, salads, ready meals, etc. from any of the nearby shops and eat in whenever I wanted to. The apartment was very clean, clearly recently refurbished, and everything worked well. The wi-fi was very strong, fast and reliable, and the apartment extremely quiet. The location was great - on a quiet street, but right near 2 Underground stations (West Brompton and Earl's Court) just outside the very center of London. The apartment itself was within very easy walking distance to good cafes, food stores, restaurants, and several pubs.
I've stayed in London several times before, and I thought I knew what to expect. Brompton House was a very pleasant surprise.

Easy to reach, in 50 min by tube from Heathrow. The city center is 10 min far by tube and the tube stop is around the corner. Museums area nearby and so close to Kensington Gardens. Easy online booking and efficient reception. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well above the UK standard! Well equipped kitchen, everything works perfectly, fast wifi, very comfortable bed. Take a ride in Brompton Cemetery nearby to jog or to feed the squirrels! We do recommend this flat.

It was really a very nice experience to stay at one of Brompton House apartments for 2 months. The team is very helpful, very polite and friendly. The flat was of good size; they cleaned my apartment every week and supplied all necessary appliances for a comfort stay. I stayed here with a friend and I was very impressed with the duplex style of the apartment that give us both space, especially the two bathrooms. The managers were very friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is just off a main road but it is an easy walking distance to nice shops, restaurants and cinemas in both directions and just a short 5 min walk to the District Line Tube Station. Its location also means it is quiet at nighttime. It was also really useful to have a proper kitchen especially when wanting a break from eating out, and economical as London is not the cheapest place for eating and drinking.

My wife and I have stayed in two flats ("The Patio" and a standard one bedroom) at Brompton House -- both were extremely clean, newly renovated to a high standard, and comfortable. We had only positive experiences with the management and staff. These are self-catering short-term rentals, particularly ideal for people who need to spend several days or weeks near central London. For us, that makes it perfect and so much better than a hotel. Instead you get a sense that you are part of London. You get privacy, comfort, and high quality fixtures and fittings, and of course the ability to enjoy the comforts of an apartment: fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and dishes, a small table to eat at, laundry machines, and so on. It really is a small home away from home. Even better than at home: the cleaner comes once a week, and does a very thorough job with a charming smile :-) We found the management and their staff extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly. They do seem to be generally only available during business hours, but this is a function of the type of accommodations they offer. Think rental flats, not hotel (thankfully they do take credit cards).
The location is also excellent. Major shopping areas in Kensington, Fulham, and Hammersmith are each within a 30 minute walk or less. A large Tesco is about 10 minutes walk away (and since you have a kitchen, you'll be happy to have a real full-sized Tesco). Tube connections towards Kew and central London are both excellent and very nearby. There are pubs, chicken shop, kebab shop, off license, a little gourmet-style pizza shop, and coffee shops, all within a block. It's about 5 minutes to a good chippy to the right and several Indian restaurants as well (we liked Indian Star). We chanced upon Brompton House when another flat rental turned out to be completely unacceptable, and thankfully Brompton House had a vacancy. We checked it out in person before booking and did not hesitate for a second once we saw it. We have stayed in several places in London over the past decade, and we can't think of a better recommendation than saying that Brompton House is now the place we turn to first. After writing this, I wish I could get back right away!

I had a fantastic stay at the Brompton apartments! The studio flat was perfect for my needs. I came to London and stayed at this flat for 6 nights by myself and the space was perfect for me. There are clean linens to put on the twin sized couch/bed, pillows, clean pillow cases, towels, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. There's a small liquor/grocery store right across the street and I bought some eggs and meat that I could cook at the apartment some mornings... everything was so easy for me! You definitely get more space in this studio flat than you would at most London hotels. I visited friends who stayed in a 3 bedroom hotel and the Brompton flat offered so much more space and amenities. The train station is literally only a 2 minute walk away and there are some cafes and a pub right down the street. The bathroom/shower unit was nice and I loved the heated floors! The instructions book/guide in the apartment was so helpful and offered a lot of great sightseeing suggestions. The free wifi was such a helpful and great amenity to have. They also have someone come once a week who cleans the apartment and changes the sheets/towels which was really nice as well. I had a wonderful stay and Victoria and Sophie responded to all of my inquiries promptly. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here!

Overall a pretty decent flat, given the relatively cheap price for the location. While West Brompton tube is a minute away, the close proximity to Earls Court (8 min walk-) makes this flat well located. Close to a range of Kensington sights/stores/restaurants as well. The flat itself was decent (definitely a good value for the area) So overall good value for location. I also appreciated the swift investigation when I couldn't find the hair dryer (wet hair during a British winter would have been a disaster!)

It's been a great experience staying in Brompton House Apartments! I've been staying in a 1BR apartment. The apartment is in an immaculate condition. It has everything you need, and more. A fitted kitchen with all appliances, sparklingly clean new bathroom with over-the-bath shower, a TV, central heating, lots of storage space, WiFI, and a safe deposit box to top it all. The apartment is very close to the central London. Earl's Court district and Picadilly line underground are 5 minutes walk, and West Brompton overground is a stone throw form the apartment. A huge 24 hours Tesco supermarket where you can buy supplies to make your own meals is about 8-10 minutes walk. If you are into walking (as I am), I'd recommend a route starting from the road junction where Tesco is and continuing along Cromwell Road all the way up to the city center passing National History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Harrods, and Hyde Park along the way! Finally, it's been a tremendous value for money. For the price I paid, I could've maybe just hoped to find a seedy hotel room in the same area, if I were lucky.

Just a quick note to say thanks for the stay at 'The Beach' in Chelsea. The apartment is beautiful, in a quiet lane and yet has superb access to buses, shopping and local stores! Also having a pub down the road really helped one indulge when one wanted. The home was beautiful, well kept, clean, totally equipped with everything one could need and fabulous. Appreciate your going out of the way to get us spare keys, internet access and even the cleaning service organized twice in a week. Mostly, I appreciate all the help - from picking my parents and having me picked up from the airport! It was like having family in London and I can't think of a more wonderful place to stay! I would totally recommend to anyone who's travelling with family to London to stay in your apartments.

I don't usually make a habit of doing these things, but I just had to thank you again for making my recent trip to London so effortless. In particular, thank you so much for coming to meet me at the station with all my luggage and taking me round to the apartment. Great service !
Not only was the apartment superbly located, but the attention to detail was excellent. I have stayed in a number of serviced apartments when on business in London, and they have often left a lot to be desired. However, the cleanliness and general high standard of Brompton House was exceptional. It was also incredibly well equipped, and I couldn't believe my luck to even find egg cups !
My only regret is that I didn't discover you sooner.
Anyway, looking forward to seeing you again in November when I am there for the climate change conference.

I rented the apartment for friends coming from Paris for a week. Michael was very accommodating and even offered to show us the apartment on a Sunday morning before deciding to take it - something that I did not expect for a holiday rental. The apartment is very well situated 5 mins walk from West Brompton tube station with a handy little shop opposite the apartment open until late. The apartment had been totally renovated, everything brand new and tastefully decorated. Owners have an office on the ground floor and are available all day to help with any queries. They were really approachable and made the stay feel more like a home from home. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone and will certainly be using them again.
